("Passive" RFID Readers)
1st Choice Ultra Long Range Readers are field tunable from 1 inch to 2,000 feet (3cm to 610 meters) and function with a variety of antennas. The R-2000/R-3000/R-4000/R-6000 Series Ultral Long Range Readers can connect to third party software systems using TCP/IP, or RS232/RS422. Wiegand models connect directly to all Access Control / Security Systems using Wiegand Protocols.

ULTRA LONG RANGE RFID TAGS
(RFID Tags)
1st Choice T-8000 Series Long Range Vehicle Tags easily identify Automobiles, Trucks, Buses, and Towed Trailers for Gate Access Control at Military Bases, Airports, Construction Sites, Gated Communities, Hospitals, Trucking and Bus Terminals, Mines, Residences, and all kinds of Commercial Facilities. When combined with the T-9000 Series Long Range Badge Tags, you can functionally link Employees to Laptops, Visitors to Employees, Patients to Nurses, Drivers to Vehicles, Trucks and Cars to Trailers, and Portable Construction Equipment to Trailers, Trucks, and Employees. T-8000 Series Vehicle Tags can also be mounted directly to windshields with “metallic glass” if necessary or desired.
For “high security” applications, Tags can be covertly hidden in or on a vehicles or assets as the Tags do not have to be “seen” by the R-2000/R-3000/R-4000/R-6000 Series Ultra Long Range Readers to be correctly identified.
Tags have optional features such as sensors for Temperature, Panic/Duress Alarm, Movement Alarm, Tamper Alarm, and Man-Down Alarm.
